Still, I Create

ree

There was a time when the soft shuffling of tea print-outs, the quiet hum of water boiling, and the clinking of tea cups filled my little studio. The tables were scattered with brewing tools, tea leaves, and handwritten notes. Conversations wandered from tea origins to personal rituals. In that space, we made and learned — slowly, intentionally, together.

But seasons shift.

For reasons both practical and personal, I’ve had to pause the in-studio workshops that once brought me so much meaning. The quiet is different now — no longer shared within four warm walls, but trying to echo through an online presence,

And still, I want to create.

Not always with a brush or pen. Sometimes it's in how I prepare my morning coffee. In the way I apply paint to canvas. Or when I take the fragments of thoughts in my head and shape them into something tangible. These small rituals remind me: creativity is not bound by space or structure.

This little corner I’ve carved out will hold the little stories that once filled the studio: fragments of conversations, lessons in tea, quiet moments of discovery. Bits of tea knowledge, personal musings, and everything else that continues to brew within me.

I don’t yet know where it will lead, but I know this: the urge to create doesn’t disappear. It transforms. And so will this space.

Thank you for reading my first post.
